Refund Policy

1. Organizer-Managed Refunds
TicketsFarm connects event organizers with attendees. All ticket sales are transactions between the organizer and the buyer. Therefore, refunds are the responsibility of the event organizer, not TicketsFarm.
2. Requesting a Refund
- Contact the event organizer directly using the contact info on the event page
- Provide your ticket details, order confirmation, and reason for the request
- The organizer will process the refund per their own policy
3. Platform's Role
TicketsFarm does not process refunds on behalf of organizers. We provide tools for organizers to manage ticket statuses and communicate with attendees.
4. Event Cancellations
- The organizer is responsible for notifying all attendees
- The organizer should arrange full or partial refunds as appropriate
- TicketsFarm will assist organizers with Email and WhatsApp communication tools
5. Dispute Resolution
If you cannot resolve a refund dispute with the organizer, contact us at admin@ticketsfarm.com. We will attempt to mediate. TicketsFarm reserves the right to suspend organizer accounts that repeatedly fail to honor refund obligations.
6. Platform Subscription Refunds
Subscription fee refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Timeline
When processed by the organizer, refunds typically take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method and bank.
