1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TicketsFarm platform ("Service"), operated by Dbook — DigitalBook Solutions PVT LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. TicketsFarm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Event Listings

Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, including dates, times, pricing, and descriptions. TicketsFarm does not guarantee the occurrence of any listed event. Organizers must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are transactions between the event organizer and the attendee. TicketsFarm acts solely as a platform facilitating the transaction. Ticket prices are set by the organizer. TicketsFarm is not responsible for any disputes arising from ticket purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are managed by the event organizer. TicketsFarm does not process refunds directly. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the TicketsFarm platform are the property of DigitalBook Solutions PVT LTD. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Create fake events or misleading listings
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data without permission
  • Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping) through the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

TicketsFarm provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including event cancellations, payment disputes, or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

TicketsFarm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Site Operation

The TicketsFarm website and all related services are expressly maintained and operated by Digitalbook Solutions PVT LTD (also known as Dbook). All technological infrastructure, business operations, data management, and ongoing platform maintenance fall under the legal purview of Digitalbook Solutions PVT LTD.
